Honestly nothing to complain about. Ideal & gorgeous hotel, absolutely perfect location in the Hunan restaurant, attentive staff. Location close enough to the outlet on the desk, an unknown museum and theater. New-fashioned & big size room, with a fridge, coffee/tea makers, and a writing table. Good service throughout stay. Late check-out.

I had an amazing time at this hotel. The location by the river was perfect for nice evening strolls on the beautiful pathway. The room was clean and spacious with all necessary facilities. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious with both Western and Chinese options.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel. The suite we were upgraded to was exceptional. The bed, bathroom, and amenities were all top-notch. We also enjoyed the stunning view of the river from our room. The private breakfast lounge on the highest floors was a great perk. It offered a rich variety of Chinese and Western options, and the service was excellent. The spa and pool facilities were also fantastic. The staff at the concierge desk were very helpful in providing us with information about theater options and attractions in the city. We also had a wonderful dining experience at the buffet. Despite arriving late, the staff accommodated us and ensured that we had a delicious and satisfying dinner.

the rooms were really clean and the view from the room was amazing. the hotel was in a great location, it was easy to find and close to everything we wanted to see. One of the things I enjoyed the most was the delicious breakfast that was offered every morning. the staff was friendly and helpful, they made sure we had everything we needed.

Although the hotel was great, the pool was a bit small and crowded. the elevators were a bit slow during the busiest times of the day.

The gym could benefit from stricter enforcement of rules, as some patrons have been seen not adhering to appropriate attire.

Minor Issue the only minor issue was some difficulty with the check, in process. the reception desk seemed understaffed and the procedures took longer than expected.
